MGM CHILI (TM).

Closely guarded and never shared until 2 years ago when a close friend and neighbor opened a new local sports bar. 
Having enjoyed the MGM Chili (TM) on many occasions, he insisted on a menu item that he could be sure was not available anywhere else.
I agreed to his exclusive use for his 1st year.

It is now his "top selling" menu item.
 
In mid-2008 two of the Greenville area's finest restaurants convinced the creator to let them add it to their menus on a 1 year contract.
(They are bound by the same Terms you will see below.)

Unique preparation techniques are patent pending and protected as intellectual property.

Please read the following terms and conditions prior to placing your order.  

1.  Even the eateries that have carried it on their menu were and are prohibited from disclosing the recipe.  We granted permission on one occasion when a local Sports Bar asked to be allowed to prepare and give it away during a special "free food charity for the disadvantaged".

2.  You are barred by US and international laws from placing it in print - other than the printed copy you receive; with a special provision that you may make one backup copy for your own use.

3.  It may not be published or posted via any media.  It may not be included in any access media, including, but not limited to, a cookbook, a recipe book, a website or any other means which makes it available to any one other than the purchaser.  Rights of use are "non-transferable".   The rights to use are good for the life of the buyer only.

4.  A disclaimer containing the terms and conditions must be received by Lakewood Ent. prior to your order being sent to you via USPS Priority Mail.  You will need to  read, print,  agree to the "Terms of Sale and Limits of Use Agreement" by

5.  Payment is accepted through Paypal only and is restricted to those who have a verified Paypal address, (no P.O. Boxes).

Upon receipt of your order and your signed "Terms of Sale and Limits of Use Agreement", your purchase will be mailed within 2 business days.

Your "Terms of Sale and Limits of Use Agreement" may be signed, copied and emailed.  If you do not have the capability to scan, print, sign and then email - the "Terms" allow for an electronic signature and contains simple instructions for returning it to us.

You can share your chili with friends and family.

You can fix it for them as often as you choose to - but you CAN NOT share the recipe or cooking techniques.
